We are looking for an Guest Relations Manager to join our team

As an Guest Relations Manager, we rely on you to:

  • To assist in taking responsibility for all Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests
  • Assist the Front Office Manager to supervise and direct the guest relations team
  • Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
  • Provide help and assistance to all guests
  • Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
  • Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
