Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive HR Business Process Management Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will oversee HR operations and provide essential support across various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, leave management, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and employee exits. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a commitment to improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:HR Process Management & Support
  • Provide operational support for key HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, leave management, learning and development, performance management, compensation planning, and employee offboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of daily HR operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and employee experience.
Data Integrity & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring data integrity across all processes.
  • Generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., recruitment progress, leave balances, performance outcomes) to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
System & Tools Administration
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR systems and tools, assisting users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with IT and HRIS teams to implement system updates and enhancements aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions to help employees effectively use HR systems and tools.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Stay updated on employment regulations and recommend policy or procedural changes as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to align business objectives and priorities.
  • Communicate process updates, timelines, and requirements clearly and efficiently to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries related to HR processes promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, business process management, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with data reporting tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, leave management, performance management, and compliance requirements.
