Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of HR processes and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR assistant or administrative role.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
