Direct Search Global is partnering a Private Equity-backed healthcare entity to fill a vacancy for Human Resource & Admin Manager for their office in Singapore.
Overseeing a workforce of 80+ employees and reporting directly to the CFO, the role and responsibility of the incumbent can be described as below:
Jobscope:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
- Planning HR and administration activities annually
- Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
- Overseeing the payroll function
- Forecasting HR budget
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations
- Running the office and facilities management functions
- Leading HR and administration team
- Overseeing employee training, development, and maintaining performance
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management
- At least 7 years' experience in Human Resources
- Must be familiar with country specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources
- Expert business and organizational planning ability
- Proven team leadership experience
- Successful experience in employee relations
- Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
