Job Description:

Human Resource (HR)

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for determining, planning, and fulfilling our company's human resource requirements. This includes actively participating in recruitment, interviews, and training of new staff. In addition, you will structure and conduct performance evaluations, provide strategic recommendations, identify leadership potential, and optimize job scopes for maximum productivity and engagement. You will also oversee routine HR tasks and policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Operations (OPS)

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, resolve issues promptly, provide strategic recommendations, analyze data for operational efficiency, enforce policies, and handle customer complaints effectively. Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial for success in this position.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, basic/intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience, and the willingness to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in HR, operational support, or change management is a plus.
