Our client is a local bank.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Contract Duration: 6 Months - 1 Year Contract


Responsibilities

HR Operations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR Operations Team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for key HR operational processes, providing guidance within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Manage and respond to queries via the HR services inbox, case management platform, self-service portal, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and escalate issues or delays impacting the resolution of HR transactions, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Collaborate with various HR teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Administer the Electronic Signature Book.
  • Oversee daily card transmission and staff card printing.
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation, data entry, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and reporting, including leave coverage and updates to the HRSS dashboard.

Compliance:

  • Process claims for government-paid leave.
  • Liaise with statutory agencies and governing bodies for government surveys and reporting.
  • Respond to reference check requests for former employees.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the staff referral payout process.
  • Oversee the administration of Spot Awards.
  • Coordinate the Long Service Awards, including preparing the annual recipient list, ensuring timely distribution, and organizing the award ceremony.
  • Arrange temporary accommodations and manage related invoicing.

Requirements & Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
