Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software: Info-Tech and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
