HR Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives and business needs.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide strategic counsel.
- Cultivate a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Will be considered for director role, depending on seniority
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
