Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Interface Management

  • Act as the primary contact for HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system interfaces to promptly identify and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to implement system updates and process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

Authorization Management

  • Manage employee access to HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and data security protocols
  • Regularly review and update user roles and permissions to align with organizational changes.
  • Conduct audits to verify proper authorization levels across all HR systems.

Data Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and identify key trends.
  • Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and implementation projects as required.

Payroll Operations Support

  • Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Helpdesk & Employee Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions to enhance helpdesk efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in information technology.
  • Possess knowledge in SAP HR and Payroll, with ability to perform data query via SAP programs/queries or SQL.
  • Experience in SAP HCP ERP is preferred.
  • Experience in SAP payroll system IT operations and support is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes and processing.
  • Have strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue
  • Good planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
  • Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
