**What the role is**
- Maintain, administer and capture the HR information using the Human Resources (HR) System Workday to ensure an updated HR’s records.
- Be a Workday specialist in data management and report generation.
- Maintains high standard of service delivery in handling HR enquiries from staff and job applicants.
- Provides administrative support and daily operations to the HR Division.
- Lead and guide the team of Human Resource Executives to ensure smooth functioning of the unit.

**What the role is**
**HR Ops Tech**
- To be an expert in Workday system and guide and coach other HR team members whenever needed.
- Performing data entry on timely basis as key data manager for Workday system.
- Generate Workday and custom reports on regular basis to meet the Ops needs.
- Perform data integrity checks to identify and rectify data inaccuracies and duplications.
- Perform daily, monthly and annual review of the system rights access for movement reports and HR systems to comply to ICT policy and audit requirement.
- Assist in audit queries with regards to HR system access rights and database.
- Partake in Workday adaptation and all enhancement testing sessions as well as to work with service providers to resolve and follow through technical issues resolutions.
**HR Administrator**
- Lead and guide Human Resource Executives on the daily operations required of the team and ensure smooth operations of the unit.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of all staff records & HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality in both Workday system and excel database.
- Maintain the e-filing system/records management (e-Registry) to facilitate proper e-file records, retrieval, and routing of HR information.
- Administer and monitor the various online job portals for recruitment purposes.
- Monitor internal staff movement and process the related workflow (e.g. emplacement, retirement, contract renewal etc)
- Assist in conducting and compiling market surveys and benchmarking exercises results to contribute to recruitment and retention strategies.
- Handle HR-related inquiries from staff and provide necessary support.
Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.
- Collaborate & support team members on PA projects, initiatives, and HR activities.
- Co-ordinate HR/HR ops meetings and HR Workplan.
- Participates in other PA projects to better understand the work of other PA units.
