Role Overview:
We are seeking a Security Presales Consultant (SOC/Managed Security Services) to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution consulting, and product demonstrations for security services-based solutions. You will play a key role in shaping client solutions, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of cutting-edge security services and solutions in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, configuration, system integration and documentation of client and services (Installation protocol)
- Responsible for installation, customizing and support for distributed third-party products.
- Provide technical supports on cyber security and/or network projects.
- Provide technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of cyber security and/or network projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers.
- Support sales in the development of sales proposal costing.
- 2nd or 3rd level support.
- Customer support on site - Installation and problem solution (3rd level).
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, preparing technical proposals and solution architectures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of presales experience with track records in designing & implementing security solutions (infrastructure, application, cyber intelligence, cyber threats etc.) and a foundation with system integration field of work.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), EDR, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cyber threat landscapes, attack vectors, and incident response processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver results under pressure.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain complex security solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong storytelling skills to articulate business value and ROI to customers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
