Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) development, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and developing technical proposals.

· Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective security solutions.

· Conduct technical presentations and address customer inquiries.

· Contribute to the creation of sales collateral, such as white papers and technical briefs

· Implementation of security solutions, ensuring they are configured and integrated correctly. This includes on-site or remote installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

· Manage project timelines and deliverables.

· Develop detailed technical documentation for project requirements, including system architectures, configuration guides, and operational procedures

· Develop and deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

· Provide ongoing support and collaborate with in-house support teams on post- deployment issues or operational requirements
