Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose effective cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of our cybersecurity offerings to potential clients.
- Assess and analyse client cybersecurity needs, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging cybersecurity threats to better advise clients.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from client interactions.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Presales or similar technical role within the IT Services or Cyber Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems, encryption, and SIEM solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
- A solid understanding of industry compliance standards and regulations.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
