About the client:
Our client, a regional telco giant providing a wide range of services, including international mobile communications, internet access, and data services is looking for a Solution Presales Consultant to join their dynamic and growing team. With solid experience in telecommunications and technical networks, including SD-WAN and MPLS, you will collaborate with the regional sales teams to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions utilizing their extensive range of telecommunications products and services.

About the role:
As a key player in the regional solution team, you will play a pivotal role to the success of the enterprise sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify client needs and challenges; scope out technical requirements and draft technical proposals to win solutions
- Design innovative solutions that leverage on their comprehensive suite of telecommunications products, with a focus on technical networks such as SD-WAN and MPLS as well as managed services including data centre colo, managed security services and cloud solutions
- Develop detailed technical proposals and presentations showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities and industry standards.
- Provide clients with informed insights and recommendations tailored to their business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in presales or solution consulting within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, with a high level of proficiency in SD-WAN and MPLS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong stakeholder management skills are crucial to the success of this role
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
