Roles & Responsibilities

Description
Job Responsibilities
• Managing management’s calendar
• Managing email correspondences
• Scheduling of meetings and appointments
• Managing travel itinerary, bookings and expense claims
• Assisting with internal communications and group communications
• Performing data entry, filing and verification of documents to ensure accuracy of data collected
• Maintaining and keeping proper records of confidential documents
• Drafting documents and presentations, including printing and filing documents for signatories

• Managing relationship with supplier and oversea cilent
• Supporting any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Job Requirements
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Male preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate and assist in translation with both internal and external stakeholders
• Able to multitask and work under pressure to deal with urgent cases in an appropriate manner
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner
• Demonstrated ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
• Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills
• Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
• Meticulous and committed to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and completeness in preparing documentations
• Diligent, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player

Salary and Remuneration Package
• Monthly Basic Gross Salary from S$2,300-S$3,000
