Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
  • Conduct research as needed on various topics
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Administrative Assistance:

  • Offer administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

Exacting Organization:

  • Showcase precise organizational abilities to ensure seamless daily operations.

Canva and Excel Proficiency:

  • Utilize Canva and Excel for document creation, design, and data management.

Forward-Thinking Approach:

  • Anticipate and address tasks, deadlines, and potential hurdles proactively.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Diligent attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
