At People Profilers, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Business Leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with financial administrative tasks, including Coupa integration, supplier management, and budgeting.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the Business Leaders calendar, including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodations, rental car, and other travel needs.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate company-wide events, including business review meetings and regional kick-off meetings.
  • Vendor Contract Management: Assist with vendor contract management, including KOL contracting and event planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Environment: 3 days per week, 6 months, MNC, Suntec.
