Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team at PERSOL Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including bookkeeping, data entry, and expense claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process payments, invoices, and expense claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with office management, including supply ordering and inventory control.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative and accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
