Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at ITCAN. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as emailing and faxing documents, handling safety equipment, and distributing certificates.
  • Assist the Administration Manager in handling simple administrative matters, including temperature-taking and HFMD tracing.
  • Perform any simple administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal/Vice-Principals/Administration Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative records and reports.

Requirements:

  • N Levels Certificate (3 or more passes) or relevant ESS Certificates or higher Nitec/ Nitec in Business related disciplines or Polytechnic Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in front desk and administration, preferably in schools.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
