Our Banking relationship managers specializing in specific sectors serve as the main point of contact for multinational clients. Leveraging our global reach, extensive expertise, and local insights, our Banking teams connect clients with tailored products and services to meet their worldwide financial requirements.

We are currently on the lookout for a top-notch professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all Group policies, rules, and regulations
  • Provide day-to-day secretarial support to designated teams and visiting executives
  • Offer administrative assistance to assigned teams
  • Prepare documents and presentation materials with meticulous attention to detail
  • Organize, file, and distribute office materials, utilizing central filing resources and Group electronic archiving systems in line with audit/compliance standards
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and effectively manage calendars
  • Arrange travel following GBM policy, submit accurate travel and expense reports timely
  • Screen visitors and calls, handle internal and external correspondences
  • Offer IT system support, providing accurate information on relevant databases
  • Assist with marketing and client events, including coordinating invitations and event support
  • Provide secretarial support for onboarding new joiners and leavers, working with HR and IT
  • Conduct ad hoc assignments as needed
  • Manage information risk efficiently and report exceptions to Group standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
  • Possess strong organizational skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Display a positive attitude, thrive in teamwork, and enjoy collaborating with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
