Hua specializes in the provision of technical education and consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of the full spectrum of admin and operational functions
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including customer queries, operations and recruitment
- Assist in updating customer database and customer relationship management systems
- Responsible for generating and sending all customer invoices, as well as providing followups afterwards
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Able to commit longterm
- Prior experience in office support or office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment, with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable and enjoy working in a small team
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Takes an interest in the brand and business
Salary:
- $1,200 - $3,000/Month (Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)
- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($100700/month)
- Looking at about $2,000 $3,700/Month or more after incentives
- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 10% Increase)
Working Hours:
- 5 Working Days Per week (Mon-Fri, 10:0019:00)
- Strictly No Overtime and No Bring Work Home Culture
