The internal system is the core of developing and supporting the sales department.

As we are growing the team, we are seeking individuals that are organised and systematic with the daily operation to provide support for the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Clerical duties and general administrative support
  • Following up with renewals and procession
  • Assisting with insurance quotation
  • Consolidating Monthly Renewal statements
  • Develop and maintain filing system with Internal CRM system
  • Mailing out of physical documents
  • Carry out simple payments, invoicing and receipts functions
  • Archival of both digital and hardcopy documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google Drive system
  • Organised and detailoriented
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written
  • Prior experience in Financial Sector will be an added advantage

Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
