What you'll do:

  • Develop the acquisition strategy for non monetized APAC countries (China, Vietnam, Singapore, indonesia, etc)
  • Lead Sales partnerships, architect and negotiate new and existing deals with Export Agencies as well as with large ecommerce advertisers
  • Lead several highperforming teams of sellers focused on managing and growing our conversion based, export advertisers and agencies that are based out of regions where Pinterest is not currently open for monetization, and deliver against quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage relationship with Pinterest's vendor partner
  • Define the operational sales strategy and motions for our advertiser segment. This includes developing/standardizing operational systems to allow sellers to operate at a high level of productivity. This also includes standardizing the soft skills (upsell, optimizations) to ensure our sellers offer a world class sales motion in a highly repeatable fashion
  • Develop and deploy sales programs that drive results for Pinterest Export advertisers and agencies and Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs
  • Establish KPIs that allow live time measurement against key quarterly OKRS (objectives and key results)
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance and revenue across a diverse set of customers
  • Work cross functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, operations, and marketing

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years professional experience in conversionbased digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or agency leadership experience preferred
  • Experience working with APAC ecommerce business with focus on China
  • Proven experience negotiating and dealing large agency or advertiser partnerships
  • A datadriven leader with the ability to lead large teams against aggressive revenue goals
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
