The Global Sales Process Lead will be a key leader in driving the global sales process strategy, with a focus on enabling sales teams to drive revenue growth through optimized processes and systems.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify needs and proactively find solutions to improve processes and tooling to enable business scale, reducing friction and manual work across the business segments.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales process and workflow strategy: responsible for researching market intelligence & competitor insights, driving sales and process efficiency and optimizations, proactively collaborating with partner teams.
  • Process: responsible for standardizing and continuously optimizing the internal sales process to enhance efficiency and user experience. Business requirements documentation (BRD) related to system and tooling requirements.
  • Leadership: lead and coach a team of specialists in operations and sales process design. Provide guidance, coaching and direction to ensure projects are delivered ontime, within scope and budget, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, system/process, product or program management role within a fastpaced company.
  • Experience in leading teams with a proven track of people management and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of process methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc., and certification is a plus.
  • Experience developing process, sales or operational strategies for a global or multinational sales organization.
  • Holistic knowledge of sales environments and sales enablement and deep insights into process and systems related to sales enablement.
  • Passion and experience leading functional initiatives, with proven track record in taking projects from inception to execution and results.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership.
  • Big picture thinking with the ability to move fast and be agile to support a fast paced environment, strong commercial / business acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management and stakeholder management.
  • Expert in process design and documentation, optimization and GTM execution.
  • Is a selfstarter and has the ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
