Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the SMB Cloud Solution Area, leveraging solution plays and target scenarios to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a virtual team of key business partners to develop and drive sales through various engines, ensuring alignment on the SMB Solution Area strategy and sales execution.
  • Manage business performance using data-driven insights, contributing local insights to the Cloud Solution Area rhythm of business and interlocking with area stakeholders to accelerate business growth.
  • Support top strategic customer deals, helping to unblock and drive revenue growth.
  • Advocate for SMB customers, sharing market insights and engaging with the local SMB community to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience with Information Technology products and/or services.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales hygiene and deal excellence discipline.
  • Ability to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Business Application platform, with a willingness to attain certification for Business and Application.
