As the Regional FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in partnering closely with the Commercial Head of APAC to provide financial insights and strategic support for our sales and services operations. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both sales and services, coupled with strong analytical skills and business acumen.

They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional FP&A Manager to join their APAC HQ, drive financial planning and analysis initiatives across the APAC region.

Description

  • Lead the development, analysis, and interpretation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for the APAC region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Head of APAC and other key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and service revenue to drive profitability and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budget and forecast, and work with business units to develop corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive efficiency within the FP&A function.
  • Partner with other departments such as Accounting, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and reporting.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and services operations, including revenue recognition principles and sales performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of partnering with commercial teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
