Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The role supports the overall objectives of the Talent Development function of Human Resources and serves as a partner to the various stakeholders in aligning competency expectations and implementation of talent development plans and activities.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Talent Development

  • Act as both an advisor and a liaison to provide expertise on Talent Development matters to staff and management.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and people leaders to utilize the competency framework and available tools for effective career development conversations.
  • Design learning and development roadmaps and workplace learning plans to address learning needs

2. Learning & Development Programme Management

  • Administer and coordinate external and internal learning initiatives including (but not limited to) vendor management, processing of grants, course registrations, maintaining learning records, tracking of course evaluation and payment processing
  • Identify existing capability levels and performance gaps through learning needs analysis and develop learning and development strategies to support the organisation's development needs
  • Design and deliver training programs (E-learning, Blended learning, Workshops etc.) that address learning needs on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate development of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programmes

3. Others

  • Support · HR projects/ initiatives such as company events, programmes and activities
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resources Management / Development or equivalent

ACTA/ACLP/DACE/DDDLP qualified

  • Independent with the ability to multitask, possess positive attitude and proactive
  • Able to work independently, highly resourceful and attuned to the development requirements of the organisation
