Job Objectives

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for endtoend recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Review job descriptions to ensure accurate and compliant information for advertisement.
  • Develop a wide pool of talent pipelines to support the competence strategy of Airbus.
  • Contribute actively to the entity's resource review to anticipate the business needs and execute recruitment solutions to deliver short term needs and prepare for long term goals.
  • Recruitment Reporting and updates for HRBPs and HR Develop.

Early Careers:

  • Support the Airbus Global Graduate Programme and other talent pipelining project.
  • Build relationships with Tertiary Institutions and Associations to boost talent pipelining.
  • Plan and execute campus recruitment and internal networking events.
  • Collaborate with Airbus Employment Marketing and Communication team, to drive the organisation's branding efforts and position Airbus strategically in the region.

Talent Management:

  • Ensure consistency and standardisation of the Talent Management Processes in Asia Pacific.
  • Develop and grow the Talents in Asia Pacific by anticipating future topics and competencies.
  • Design, facilitate and execute the Talent Management workshops in Asia Pacific.
  • Build a network with the Talent and Executive Management Team and the Talent Management Team of other regions to support mobility objectives.
  • Develop a Talent Management Strategy to build talent pipelines, achieve succession planning goals and Knowledge Management to achieve the Top Company Objectives.
  • Build a robust succession planning for the Asia Pacific Region.

HR Reporting:

  • Analyse recruitment and attrition data to anticipate and forecast recruitment trends.
  • Use data to formulate recruitment, early careers and pipelining strategies.
  • Analyse Asia Pacific headcount data to support regional headcount reporting to Europe.
  • Anticipate hiring trends with recruitment data and workforce planning data.

Onboarding:

  • Manage and drive a positive onboarding experience for new joiners.

Competence Management and Knowledge Management:

  • Align the Competence Strategy in Asia Pacific with Europe, while supporting business objectives in the region.
  • Build a knowledge bank in the region to support Business Continuity.
  • Overview of the competences and skills of our employees to support Talent Development, while ensuring adherence to Export Control and Ethics and Compliance Guidelines.

HR Develop Projects:

  • Participate and support adhoc HR projects in simplification and automation.
  • Ensure consistency and standardisation of HR Develop processes in Asia Pacific.
  • Adopt, adapt and localise best practices from Europe to be implemented in Asia Pacific.
  • Change Management to support the transition for stakeholders in Asia Pacific.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of end to end recruitment experience, preferably in an inhouse environment.
  • Experienced in Talent Management.
  • Experienced in Campus Recruitment.
  • Competent in direct sourcing methodology and different sourcing channels.
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Proficient in HRM system (Workday) would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team member.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer oriented mindset to provide professional HR services to internal stakeholders.
  • Have a growth mindset and confidence in speaking up and providing feedback.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
