The Senior Manager, Talent Management & DEI is part of the Talent, Development & DEI unit within Singtel Group People & Sustainability.
The position is key in supporting the building of 'A' team talents and leaders; and shaping our B.I.G. (Belonging, Impact and Growth) culture.Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute leadership and talent development frameworks and policies.
- Design Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) policies and interventions to support, enhance and transform Singtel's B.I.G. culture.
- Design and develop processes and tools for talent assessment, talent review, progression, and succession management.
- Support the design and execution of Singtel Group Enterprise Leadership Institute for top executives and executive leaders.
- Leverage talent analytics to generate people insights to improve talent frameworks and decisionmaking.
- Lead DEI programmes and support employee networks to promote an inclusive workplace.
- Solicit internal feedback and benchmark talent and DEI practices externally to measure progress and enhance employer branding.
- Educated to at least degree level, and IHRP certification is preferred
- Ideally 8 or more years of working experiences in human resources, talent management, talent assessment, and DEI
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage across seniority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective industry relationships with consulting and learning partners
