The Senior Manager will be part of the corporate talent acquisition function and to partner the business for recruitment selections of senior positions for the group.

This role will engage senior business leaders in manpower planning, defining sourcing strategies, executing selection approaches etc.

  • Leading all recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
  • Defining, leveraging and managing suitable sourcing channels in an efficient matter.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and facilitates selection process.
  • Serves as a point of contact for stakeholder group (ex: Business Groups / Business Unit Leaders)
  • Participate in key recruitment or HR projects to strengthen the hiring capability of the group.
  • Be the governance in recruiting strategy, policies, procedures etc.
  • Collating, evaluating and reporting on market intelligence on the HR movements, competitor intelligence, strong market mapping knowledge etc.

Experience Requirements:

  • A Degree in any specialization.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven records in hiring senior roles across the region in both functional and technical areas.
  • Prior industry experience in soft commodities, manufacturing, supply chain will be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work as a team, adaptable and flexible.
