Job Description

The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents.

We are looking for a Manager, Talent Management to drive the firm's talent agenda and strategic objectives; ensuring that we remain future-proof with a strong talent pipeline, and enabling an ecosystem where our talents can evolve and stay engaged to achieve the firm's mission.


As a Manager, Talent Management, you will:

  • Plan and implement talent programmes, processes, technology and systems to foster talent growth and engagement
  • Design and implement programmes to support early career development
  • Prepare and support the development of leaders for partnership admission
  • Utilise organisational data and people analytics tools to diagnose talent issues and inform decisionmaking
  • Develop toolkits, guides, and communication materials on talent programmes
  • Collaborate with Global, HRBPs and internal COEs to cocreate talent development and engagement programmes in alignment with the overall talent strategy
A relevant bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience

  • Able to prioritise and execute projects end to end, with effective stakeholder management and excellent communications skills
  • Proficient in talent analytics and talent systems/ technology
  • Passion and aptitude for talent development and engagement
  • Good planning and organizational skills
