Job Description:


Reporting to the SVP Talent & Culture, MEASPAC, the
VP Talent and Culture Transformation & Change will be responsible for the streamlining our HR operations and providing the strategic delivery of best-in-class Talent and Culture activities across the MEASPAC region.


What you will be doing:

  • Bring a strategic vision to the overall operation of our Talent and Culture function;
  • Create the priorities for the team supported by actionable data and insights to then develop organizationwide strategy, process and policy;
  • Lead and collaborate in projects as they pertain to the overall operation of our Talent and Culture community across the MEASPAC region;
  • Provide commentary on the development of company policies and procedures applicable across different operating contexts;
  • In collaboration with the appropriate leads in each hubs, orchestrate all cyclical Talent and Culture activity such as the annual salary review;
  • Provide effective internal communication and alignment across the MEASPAC team
  • Lead an administrative support team and direct any related administrative work as required to maintain service standards
  • Cultivate a culture of sharing best practice across all operational aspects of Talent and Culture
  • Work with the central team to ensure any new policy or processes go through robust testing and piloting process prior to implementation across the network
  • Support MEASPAC leadership team as required in a senior Talent and Culture business partner capacity
  • Participate in, and conduct highlevel research, analysis and evaluation of current and emerging talent issues and trends, identifying potential risks and issues likely to impact the strategic direction of the region and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous senior experience at either a Director level or above in Talent and Culture (810 years) with experience in multihotel or regional roles advantageous;
  • Strong understanding of operational bestpractice and emerging trends in HR;
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and provide creative solutions;
  • Strong understanding of cultures across countries in the region and how to best communicate to influence and maximise results;
  • Experience liaising with a broad range of executives in different geographies with strong influencing and communication skills;
  • Experience in executing and delivering projects on time;
  • Experience in training and driving best practice in systems skills/tools;
  • Prior experience with implementation of technology based solutions advantageous;
