  • Handle full spectrum of operational HR & Admin &purchaser functions which include recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, employee relation, performance management and build a good relationship with supplier
  • Administer hiring and termination processes such as new staff on boarding, new staff orientation and resigned'
exit clearance.

  • Basic knowledge of building materials.
Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercise.

Provide support in streamlining HR policies, system & procedures.

Keeping track of payment/invoice.

Admin job filling, transfer answering and filtering phone call, registered mail and etc

Follow up of customer inquiry

  • Computer Literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Office
  • Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
  • Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
  • Able to communicate with Chinese and English language
