  • Collating and submitting staff claims for transport, overtime and wellness benefits
  • Coordination of various certification documentation for internal and external audits
  • Summon offence notice on BES (By law carpark obstruction) till closure
  • Booking of Badminton court.
  • Cover PA during her absense for writing minutes, preparing GM documents
  • Overseeing daily reporting for permits/quarterly reporting on admin contracts ending to HDB
  • Feedback system / CFMS system support
  • Presentation at GM and HOD for admin related matters

Requirements:

  • Min Dip in related studies
  • Min 8 years of admin managerial experience
  • Independent, analytical and able to perform under pressure and tight timeline
  • An effective communicator with strong analytical skills
  • A team player who is meticulous to details
  • Proactive in driving new initiatives
  • Working hours : 5.25day (alternate Sat off)
