Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to company operations and assist Director.
- Assist in work processes to support process improvements
- Preparation of staff claims and input to accounting software
- Issue sales invoices, input AP and AR to accounting software
- Request quotation from vendors for parts purchase, co-ordinate parts delivery, verify Invoices & etc.
- Liaise with overseas crews agency, coordinate staffs & crews travel arrangement, apply visa, air tickets & etc.
