Admin Assistant

Overview of Position:
The Admin Assistant shall be responsible for the proper manning of the Company’s administration and shall be accountable for the (Client’s site) property/properties. While being responsible for the day- to-day administrative activities, the Admin Assistant shall take instructions from the Managing Director or any other senior staff on matters related to customer feedback on service levels and adhering to SOPs to efficiently and effectively maintain the documentation system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manning of Company’s administration (key register list, store inventory list, insurance list, inventory list, equipment list, vehicle list etc)
- Manning of helpdesk phone
- Handling store and inventory of materials & equipment
- Liaising or sourcing of vendors or suppliers for information
- Supporting in the other department as and when required (QS, Finance or HR)
- Handle ISO documentation matters
- Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director or Senior Staff
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels /NITEC/Diploma and above
- Proficient in MS office applications
