Admin Manager

Job Description:
The Admin Manager will oversee the day-to-day duties and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
1) Able to take charge on Admin Matters and Clients' Correspondences
2) Lead a small Team and maintain the daily Administration issues
3) In charge of the day-to-day administrative functions
4) Attend meetings and presentation of monthly report
5) Assist in updating of records and preparation of monthly reports
6) Liaising with trainers and clients to resolve training matters
7) Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in any field
At least 3 years of administrative working experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required
Able to adapt to the fast-paced environment
Able to work independent or as well as in a team
Have initiative, good attitude and willing to learn
