- Schedule appointments & adjustments
- Business trip and itinerary arrangement such as dining and etc.
- Communicate with the Tokyo office and other related offices
- Communicate with clients and lawyers in fluent Japanese and English
- Create documents and dataentry.
- Filing and document control
- Other adhoc administration tasks
Requirement:
- 【What they are looking for】
- Minimum Diploma
- Business level Japanese language skills, this role will require liaising with Japanese lawyers and clients as well as writing and reading documents in Japanese
- IT savvy and well versed in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Multitasking with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work with multiples regions and liaise with multiple offices (Tokyo, Yangon, Bangkok, HCM) on tasks
- Detailorientated and ability to prepare detailed invoices and accurate data entry
Working Hour: 9:00 ~ 18:00
