Execute key global reward processes for the countries allocated.

Support preparations for successful completion of annual Pay Review process and timely completion of APP (Variable) target setting & pay-out process by working closely with the HR team across the region.


  • Support deployment of the global reward program rollouts by proactive communication and providing necessary guidance to regional HR team
  • Partner with HRBPs to clarify process related queries with regards to all rewards programs.
  • Analyse and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including: industry trends, best practices, Tax and legislative requirements.
  • Coordination and submission of data for various surveys for the region
  • Create offers for any incoming internal transferees in the region at mid
- management level. Provide expertise and advice to HR team on all transfer related issues in the region.

  • Provide benefits benchmarking support to country HR teams in the region. Enable them to make effective decisions on benefits in line with market and RB global practices.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and utilization of compensation and benefits programs and report the same on an annual basis
