You will play a critical role in spearheading the development and execution of strategic Total Rewards initiatives across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Turkey and Africa (APMA) area.

This position is integral to ensuring the alignment of compensation and benefits programs with organizational objectives, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

Your day at Ferring

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Working closely with Global Total Rewards and APMA HR leadership team, provide overarching direction and guidance in the Total Rewards space to our HR members across the countries.
  • Ensure fair and competitive rewards practices to effectively deliver Ferring's EVP, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization as an attractive employer.

Policy and Standards Oversight:

  • Develop, implement, and manage robust Total Rewards policies, guidelines, and standards for the region.
  • Align processes, systems, and tools with overarching Country/Regional/Global strategies, fostering a cohesive approach to Total Rewards management.

Total Rewards Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Lead a comprehensive analysis of Total Rewards, actively participating in industryspecific surveys to remain abreast of trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management, offering insights and expertise to shape and execute innovative regional Total Rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Reporting and Monitoring Excellence:

  • Strategically generate and manage HR Total Rewards reports, utilizing insights to inform decisionmaking and drive proactive adjustments.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on Performancerelated KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability in achieving Total Rewards goals.

Global Program Implementation and Compliance:

  • Oversee the Regional implementation of Global programs, engaging with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Take charge of adhering to pay package standards, regularly reviewing and confirming pay elements, including pay scale determination, benefits, and allowances.

  • 47 years' relevant experience in Total Rewards practices and processes in a regional role, preferably in the Life Science industry.
  • Good knowledge of labor law, tax, social security, and employment practices in the region.
  • Good knowledge of WorkDay HR systems
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards practices, processes, and systems.
  • Expertise in benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and language skills.
  • Strong project and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in process planning, organizing, and controlling.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
