YOUR ROLE:

  • Ready to join a great team of Henkel HR with an exciting job opportunity as a Total Rewards Specialist SEA & ANZ
  • You will make an impact by supporting execution and implementation of new or changes to rewards program in partnership with regional team
  • You will manage regular activities such as annual salary cycle, benefit renewal, market surveys
  • You provide analytical support in market benchmarking
  • You help to ensure programs are executed and implemented in accordance with policy and compliance requirements
  • You will partner closely with other functions / stakeholders (Shared Services, Payroll, HR Ops, Finance) to ensure processes are seamless and userfriendly, and drive continuous improvements
  • You ensure support the creation and maintenance of Total Rewards policies, tools, communication and training materials, in line with industry best practice and business needs

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of Total Rewards experience
  • Analytical mindset is required
  • Experience in working with HR Information Systems such as SAP
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
