The Regional Rewards Lead is responsible for developing and executing a competitive compensation strategy and comprehensive total rewards programs aligned with business objectives. This role conducts market analysis, manages benefits administration, ensures compliance, and utilizes data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and retention across the region.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives, Global Rewards Strategy, and market competitiveness in close collaboration with Global Rewards to localize and customize compensation policies and benefits programs as per local regulations and practices
  • Oversee the administration and management of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness programs
  • Provide guidance in the region for Grading and title changes aligned with the overall Global Rewards strategy and tools
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop annual compensation planning and budgeting processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Conduct periodic vendor assessments and benchmarking to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness We bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits,
  • Experience in HR service delivery, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems could be an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits design, benchmarking, and market analysis.
