Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Onboard new clients, providing product demonstrations, training, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their usage patterns, identify opportunities for optimization, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to advocate for client needs and drive resolution of client issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and client health metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities for upsell or expansion.
  • Conduct regular checkins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, staying informed about updates, features, and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client success metrics and activities to management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive longterm retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with clients.
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring client success.
