Client Service Delivery Representative
The Leaseweb APAC team is growing quickly and looking for talented individuals to join us.

The Department:

The role of Client Service Delivery Representative is situated in the contract management team.

This team is continuously adding value by delivering impeccable support on all contract related requests, both from internal and external customers.


Contract management is the central pawn in our order-delivery chain, with tasks ranging from creating contracts, enabling a good handover from sales to ensure on-time delivery for Leaseweb products and services.

Developing and maintaining strong positive business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The work environment is dynamic and has an international character.


You will report to the Client Service Delivery and Logistic Team Manager and collaborate closely with our Sales, DC OPS and Logistic Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collates and verifies all relevant order information to ensure an order can be accurately processed and delivered ontime while ensuring effective and timely communication is maintained with the customer.
  • Sets delivery priorities and makes schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
  • Ensure that internal processes and interdepartmental processes are followed.
  • Recognizes and mitigates immediate delivery issues and risks and improves overall delivery process.
  • Builds customer relationships by supporting the customer during and in the weeks after the delivery to prevent churn and improve NPS score.
  • Processes sales credits accurately and provide input for recurring invoicing.
  • Undertakes other duties and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 14 years OrdertoCash (OTC) or order management experience. Experience in the IAAS industry is a plus.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Basic SAP experience and knowledge in SAP/C4C terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in a Southeast Asian or Asian language is a plus to liase with APAC regional stakeholders.
