Bruc Bond is a global financial services firm operating from Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle-East. Our mission is to simplify corporate banking. We connect entity clients to a diverse network of partner banks and financial institutions, and manage their bank transaction relationships seamlessly for the long term.
We facilitate the opening of bank accounts and enable their ongoing management, via an extensive network of partner banks, develop/enhance/maintain a top-class open banking platform, and the highest quality of customer service.
We are looking for ambitious, business-minded, finance oriented and enterprising Client Success Specialists to join an international team of experts in banking, compliance, and corporate account management to help support our growing operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prospect management and forecasting
- Direct ownership of the client onboarding process end to end
- Set and lead reviews for onboarding progress to plan and Ongoing reporting to management using existing procedures
- Daily communication with clients through various channels
- Lead and execute Clients' periodic relationship reviews to procedures, delivering a welltracked client onboarding and maintenance process through regular coordination across stakeholders
- Maintenance of client communications records and reporting to managerial stakeholders
- Extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders across several departments (Business Development, external Re-Sellers, operations, legal, finance, etc.)
- Ensuring excellent customer experience to fulfill our mission of "Private Banking experience to Corporate Clients"
- Client analysis and client communications to achieve desired outcomes
- Ongoing reporting to management
- Contribute to enhancements / process improvements for improving effectiveness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Excellent and organizational communication skills; multilingual is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with an organizationwide perspective
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely key to success
- Strong client relationship skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other editing tools with ease of adaptation to other emerging digital technologies
- 23 years of experience with a regulated financial institution; prior clientfacing role an advantage
- Originality and entrepreneurial thinking proactive in suggesting solutions to challenges.
