Competitor and Market Analysis:Conduct thorough competitor analysis and evaluate market trends to help refine our value propositions and strategic approaches.
Analyze market share data and SWOT analysis to provide insights that drive our competitive advantage.

Strategic Input:Work alongside the business development team to contribute to the formulation of vital strategies that align with clients' business objectives and our agency's offerings.
Collaborate on crafting compelling pitch presentations that showcase our capabilities and resonate with potential clients.

Case Studies and Success Stories:Develop and maintain a repository of case studies and success stories that demonstrate our agency's track record of delivering exceptional results to clients.

Appointment Setting and Query Handling:Assist in setting up appointments and meetings with potential clients, ensuring a smooth engagement process.
Respond to client queries promptly, providing accurate information and positioning our services effectively.

Tender Document Submission:Collaborate with the business development team to prepare and submit tender documents, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

Client Engagement and Follow-up:Coordinate with clients to gather signed endorsements and required documentation, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
Proactively follow up to address any concerns or inquiries, enhancing the client experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a clientfacing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present datadriven insights.
- Detailoriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a bonus.
