Time:5 days work week: 44hrs/week, Morning and Afternoon Shift
Start at 7/8/9 am or 11 am/12 pm (each shift will be 9.5 hours including break time); Rotating Shift

Location:
Sentosa/East/Central/Downtown

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with a delightful and skilled dining or beverage experience.
  • Adhere to the hotel's exceptional standards for quality, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Follow guidance from immediate supervisors.
  • Maintain the prescribed grooming and uniform standards set by management.
  • Ensure accurate payroll and uniform procedures.
  • Review and follow up on special requests outlined in basic banquet event orders.
  • Prepare for service by completing assigned opening and closing tasks, including table setups.
  • Welcome and seat guests upon arrival.
  • Handle telephone inquiries according to hotel standards. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, both during and before requests.

Requirements:

  • Able to perform rotating shifts.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality and good public relations skills. With service crew experience in F&B, Banquet/Catering, or Fine Dining.
