Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives and contribute to the growth and expansion of the business in the APAC region, particularly in Singapore.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decisionmakers at partner organizations, fostering collaboration and ensuring mutual success.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and agreements that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Partnership Performance: Monitor and assess the performance of existing partnerships, tracking key metrics and outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize partnership value and effectiveness.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and legal, to ensure alignment and maximize the value derived from strategic partnerships.

Competitive Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to guide partnership strategy and decision-making.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships and alliances management, preferably in the education, human resources, or learning and development field.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing partnerships with executivelevel stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior executives.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, with a track record of driving favorable outcomes.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisionmaking.
  • Experience working in the APAC region, with a strong understanding of the Singaporean market and governmental landscape.
