Responsibilities:


PropertyGuru has decided to fundamentally reshape how users finance homes Our vision is to marry the home search and home financing journey, making owning a home friction free.

We launched our business in early 2020 and rapidly expanding our offerings.

We are looking for an ambitious, seasoned Sr Partnership Manager, to help us drive our strategic partnerships as we develop our existing business and explore new products and services.


About your dream role

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy for PropertyGuru Finance, that aligns with the business's overall business goals.
  • Identify and qualify potential partners within the broader Fintech ecosystem. Hold explorative workshops and identify winwin opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our current business partners, understanding any chances for improving the partnerships and outcomes.
  • Manage the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements. This includes drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring that the agreements are aligned with the company's interests, and managing the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Track and measure the performance of partnerships. This involves collecting data on our cooperation and managing frequent updates with our key stakeholders there.
  • Stay up to date on latest developments on regulatory & technical areas of the mortgage industry as well as aware of the players active in the space.

Requirements:

  • 68 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on partnerships or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the banking environment, mortgage experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience driving crossregional and complex projects.
  • Proven experience driving complex projects.
  • Excellent networking skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
