Requirements:

  • RecognisedDegree with at least 8 years of working experience in customer / patientservice operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Must have aproven track record in building a service culture
  • Experience indeveloping, evaluating and conducting service training is essential
  • Strong commandof English language and a second language
  • Proficient inwriting and editing
  • Adept inconflict resolution, data analytics and presentation
  • Excellentplanning and organisation skills
  • Independent,resourceful and able to handle multiple projects
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills, skilful in managing multiple stakeholders
